Overview
Set in Brazil during 1821, “Vazante” unfolds as Antonio, a wealthy cattle owner, returns to his majestic estate only to discover that his wife has tragically passed away during childbirth. Amidst this loss and an estate filled with African slaves, he decides to marry his late wife’s niece.
