On the night of October 30, 2012, multiple individuals faced brutal attacks and killings in their own homes. These horrifying incidents were captured on two video cameras. During a seemingly calm pre-Halloween evening dedicated to drinks, pranks, and classic horror films, Amy and Jake decide to film a last-minute video for their school’s annual Halloween fundraiser. However, their plans are interrupted by a peculiar group of trick-or-treaters, who also wield their own video camera. Assuming it to be yet another prank by friends, Amy and Jake dismiss the odd encounter and continue their night. However, as events turn increasingly bizarre and escalate to dangerous levels, the students soon realize they’re entangled with sinister figures who have no interest in candy.
