Set in Taeter City, THE AUTHORITY governs everything with a firm grip, using a high-tech radio wave system known as Zeed to separate criminals from regular citizens. These radio waves affect the criminal mind, leading them to die by suicide in terrible ways. The dedicated police force, known as The Bikers, collects these bodies and transports them to huge slaughterhouses.
