On a fateful evening, Susie Q and her boyfriend suffer a tragic car accident, plunging off a bridge en route to a dance. Fast forward several years, and young Zach Sands relocates to Susie’s former home, carrying the burden of his father’s death in a car crash. Living with his mother and sister, Penny, Zach stumbles upon Susie’s spirit and learns he possesses the unique ability to see her. Susie reveals to Zach the existence of Heaven and explains that souls return to Earth to aid their loved ones, receiving special assistance if needed.
