House of Anubis is a captivating mystery TV series produced as a collaboration between Nickelodeon in the UK, US, and Belgium. It draws inspiration from the Dutch-Belgian series Het Huis Anubis, which was popular in its original airing in the Netherlands and Belgium. Crafted by creators Hans Bourlon and Gert Verhulst, it made its debut on Nickelodeon in the United States on January 1, 2011, and in the United Kingdom on February 25, 2011. Notably, this show marks Nickelodeon’s first venture into filming overseas and their first soap opera designed specifically for a younger audience, premiering on TeenNick as well.
