Andromeda, a collaborative Canadian-American sci-fi TV series, emerges from the genius of late Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, with Robert Hewitt Wolfe spearheading its development and Majel Barrett Roddenberry overseeing production. The narrative spotlights Kevin Sorbo as Captain Dylan Hunt of the High Guard. Debuting on October 2, 2000, and concluding on May 13, 2005, the series captivated audiences with its thrilling adventures. Shot in Vancouver, British Columbia, it was brought to life by Tribune Entertainment and Fireworks Entertainment, with Global TV distributing it in Canada and WGN, among others, in the U.S. The Sci-Fi Channel, in the U.S., began airing it midway through its fourth season.
