In 1997, during a festive gathering, Luz Cuevas’s infant daughter, Delimar, went missing after a fire broke out in their home. Authorities concluded that Delimar perished in the blaze, but Cuevas harbored suspicions that her daughter was abducted and the fire was an elaborate cover-up. Fast forward six years, Cuevas encounters Valerie Valleja, the former spouse of one of Pedro’s relatives who attended the fateful party. With Valerie is a six-year-old named Aaliyah, strikingly similar to Cuevas, sparking her belief that the child could be Delimar. This revelation sets Cuevas on a quest for the truth.
