Lilya 4-ever

Lilja, a young girl burdened by the weight of poverty, yearns for a brighter future. When her mother moves to the United States, she is left behind in the care of an unconcerned aunt. Lilja finds solace in her friendships with Natasha and the troubled Volodya. In her desperation for income, she turns to prostitution.
