High school student Mizushima receives Valentine’s Day chocolates from Monami, a new classmate. Unbeknownst to him, these chocolates carry Monami’s vampire blood, leading to his infection after consumption. Monami reveals her desire to share eternity with Mizushima as vampires. Enthralled by this offer, Mizushima decides he wants to become a full vampire, with Monami’s assistance. However, when Mizushima’s girlfriend, Keiko, catches the two sharing a kiss on the rooftop, she hysterically tries to push Monami off, but instead falls to her own demise. Her father, a mad scientist named Kenji Furano, brings Keiko back to life as a Franken girl.
