Hibino Tsubaki (played by Takei Emi) is a teenage girl with a knack for styling others’ hair but struggles with self-confidence, preventing her from styling her own. Her retro fashion sense makes her the target of taunting at school. Enter Tsubaki Kyota (portrayed by Matsuzaka Tori), a popular student with significant influence and a reputation as a playboy, who decides to tease her as well.
