Elizar Perla, a former master thief, finds himself unable to resist the allure of one last heist. The target is David Gray, a man renowned for his remarkable collection of art and unique items. After executing the job, Elizar mysteriously vanishes, leaving his daughter, Marty (played by Gina Gershon), overwhelmed with worry. In a twist of fate, Gray approaches Marty with the proposition that her father will return once the stolen art is retrieved. Reluctantly, she agrees to help him, only to discover that the situation is more complex than it appears, with one of the stolen artworks possessing an extraordinary value.
