At their charming family home, as summer draws to a close, Monique gathers her family to celebrate her 70th birthday, joined by her four children who have all returned for this special occasion. Jean-Pierre, the eldest, has assumed the position of family leader after their father’s passing; Juliette, who is expecting her first child at 40, still aspires to be a writer; Margaux is the free-spirited artist of the family; and Mathieu, a 30-year-old eager to win the heart of the lovely Sarah.
