Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans

Young Roman Atti is thrust into military service following a botched plan that angers Emperor Nero. Shipped off to the dreary and rain-soaked land of Britain, he finds the locals to be thoroughly rebellious. Captured by Orla, a spirited young Celt eager to make her mark as a warrior, Atti narrowly escapes a grim fate in a swamp. Utilizing his Roman intelligence, he aids Orla in rescuing her grandmother, who has been taken by a rival tribe. Meanwhile, Nero is determined to quash the uprising led by Boudicca, the formidable Queen of the Iceni. Eventually, Atti returns to his Roman comrades, who are gearing up for a legendary conflict with the Celts at the Battle of Watling Street.
