Hodja is a young dreamer keen on exploring the world, but his father wants him to remain at home and take charge of the family’s tailoring business. Luckily, Hodja encounters an elderly rug merchant named El Faza who gifts him a magical flying carpet in exchange for the promise to bring back El Faza’s granddaughter, Diamond, to their town of Pjort. El Faza himself cannot visit the Sultan’s city due to a death warrant enforced after being accused of stealing the Sultan’s prized carpet. Life in the city proves more challenging than Hodja anticipated, but with the aid of Emerald, a resourceful and savvy street girl, he manages to navigate the urban sprawl. However, when the Sultan captures his magic carpet, Hodja’s fortunes take a dire turn. Can he fulfill his quest to find Diamond, return home, and overcome the obstacles in his path?
