In the wake of a series of grisly occult murders wreaking havoc on their city, seasoned detective John Locke and his youthful partner Terri Keyes must overcome their differences and trace the clues to an asylum that was once left deserted. Here, Dr. Unnseine, the new proprietor, engages in sinister experiments reminiscent of Nazi-era “medical research” on his captive subjects. The alluring yet lethal inmate, Annie Dyer, might possess vital insights into the murders and perhaps even a passage to Hell itself — if Locke and Keyes can survive long enough to unearth these truths.
