Jennifer Shannon has an extraordinary knack for spotting valuable items at garage sales, whether it’s an antique for her consignment store, an old Atari game for her son, or a piece of furniture her husband Jason can refurbish. She’s made a successful career from her treasure-hunting abilities. Her sharp eye for detail becomes particularly useful when a series of burglaries plagues her town, allowing her to connect the dots between these crimes and local garage sales. Partnering with Detective Adam Iverson, Jennifer investigates her theory that other frequent garage sale attendees are behind the burglaries. The situation gets serious when Jennifer stumbles upon the dead body of her friend. Despite the victim’s husband, Ben Douglas, claiming nothing is missing from their home and the police calling it an accident, Jennifer believes the death could be linked to the burglaries.
