After a decade, Sheldon makes his way back from New York City to his hometown of Paris, Georgia. His mother, Evelyn, a laundress known for her stubbornness and sharp tongue, has sent a ten-year-old boy who claims to be Sheldon’s son to meet him. Sheldon returns home to sort things out, and long-standing arguments between family members reignite.
