In 1999, motocross enthusiast Aaron Baker experienced a life-changing accident, breaking his neck and becoming completely paralyzed from the neck down. Despite dire predictions from medical professionals over the following 16 years, Aaron refused to accept their bleak outlook, investing tremendous effort to regain as much movement as possible. His remarkable journey took him from the depths of despair to the joys of road-tripping across the country on a tandem bicycle with his mother and friends, eventually leading to his establishment of a low-cost gym designed to improve mobility for those with disabilities.
