In the year 1950, numerous martial artists flock to Hong Kong to inaugurate boxing gyms. Among them is Ye Wen (played by Tang Wenlong), whose untainted reputation catches the eye of Zheng Delong (portrayed by Lin Fengyi), the leader of the Kowloon Walled City. Concerned about his position being jeopardized, Zheng falsely incriminates Ye Wen in Fang Fang’s death, aiming to eliminate him using the police.
