However, as this unfolds, a dangerous drug called “Nuke” begins spreading through the city, orchestrated by the delusional leader Cane. The escalating threat poses a significant challenge for Murphy. OCP attempts to duplicate the effectiveness of the original unit but faces botched outcomes with self-destructive tendencies. That is, until Dr. Faxx, a scientist diverging from OCP’s intentions, selects Cane as the central figure for the Robocop 2 project, creating a living deity.
