Doraemon: The Record of Nobita’s Parallel Journey to the West

Nobita and his friends Gian, Shizuka, and Suneo are excitedly preparing for their school’s “Journey to the West” play, but an argument arises about who should portray the legendary Monkey King. Inspired by the mythical character, Nobita suggests that they should involve the real Monkey King, prompting him and Doraemon to travel back in time using their time machine to fabricate an imposter. However, this plan goes awry when the machine accidentally unleashes fictional monsters into the present, leading to the takeover of the human world by demons in the future. To set things right, Doraemon, Nobita, and their friends embark on an adventure to return to the past, where they encounter a real monk and a child named Rinrei, and ultimately manage to either recapture or destroy the demons with the help of Dorami, restoring the future to its normal state.
