Our Lovers

In the film *Our Lovers (2016)*, we meet Carlos, a man who frequents a quaint café-library where he encounters Irene, deeply immersed in a book. Without any particular reason, Irene approaches Carlos, and they strike up an unusual friendship bound by quirky rules: no discussing their pasts, no real names, no modern communication methods like the Internet, and, most importantly, no falling in love. They nickname themselves Hada Chalada (‘Crazy Fairy’) and Duende Chiflado (‘Mad Goblin’), spending their days wandering the city while engaging in whimsical and surreal conversations about life, love, and their own identities.
