Filmmaker Paul Saltzman revisits his transformative experience from five decades ago, when he spent an extraordinary time with the Beatles at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram by the Ganges. In 1968, Saltzman discovered meditation, met John, Paul, George, and Ringo, and embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Fifty years on, his travels lead him to find “Bungalow Bill” in Hawaii and engage in profound conversations with David Lynch, famed Beatles historian Mark Lewisohn, Oscar-nominated composer Laurence Rosenthal, and the Boyd sisters, Pattie and Jenny.
