A relaxed rural detective, Byung-su, travels with his family to the Philippines to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary. However, he has a secret mission to confront his old friend Yong-bae, who deceived him and vanished years back. Once in Manila, Byung-su discovers that Yong-bae is incarcerated on murder charges and learns about the mysterious ‘Yamashita’s Gold’.
