“Life in the Doghouse” offers a heartwarming glimpse into the creation of Danny & Ron’s Rescue, a dedicated sanctuary for dogs. Founded by partners Ron Danta and Danny Robertshaw, their mission began in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, which left countless dogs without homes. In response to the devastation, they transformed their home into a temporary shelter, and over a decade, they have successfully rescued and provided care for more than 10,000 dogs.
