School’s out, and three young women set off for a beach getaway. Two of the friends are savvy party enthusiasts who try to help their innocent, inexperienced companion let loose a little bit, using the beach house provided by her uncle as their base. Meanwhile, a clumsy, near-sighted smuggler named Captain Bly accidentally loses his stash of marijuana overboard, which ultimately ends up on shore. Seizing the opportunity, the two outgoing friends, Ginger and Ducky, snatch up the drug-filled bales and bring them back to their temporary home, sparking a lively gathering with various quirky guests, delivery people, and random beachgoers.
