Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior is an American police procedural drama that briefly aired on CBS in 2011. This show is a direct spin-off of the popular Criminal Minds, which first captivated viewers back in 2005. Similar to the original, it followed a team of FBI profilers from the Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia. The spin-off stemmed from a crossover episode in Criminal Minds’ fifth season, where both teams collaborated to hunt down a notorious serial killer in San Francisco. This very episode laid the groundwork for the spin-off series. CBS held the North American rights, while ABC managed international distribution. Premiering on February 16, 2011, it occupied the Wednesday 10 pm slot, directly following Criminal Minds. Unfortunately, CBS canceled the series by May 17, 2011, leaving fans hanging with unresolved storylines.
