Drawn Together

Drawn Together is an adult animated sitcom from the United States that aired on Comedy Central between October 27, 2004, and November 14, 2007. Created by Dave Jeser and Matt Silverstein, the show blends elements of a traditional sitcom with a unique twist in the form of a reality TV setting. While it draws inspiration from shows like MTV’s The Challenge and VH1’s The Surreal Life, Drawn Together distinguishes itself by featuring parody caricatures of famous cartoon and stock characters. These exaggerated personalities mimic the traits commonly showcased in reality television. Marketed by Comedy Central as the first-ever animated reality series, the program often includes episodes where the characters face off in challenges reminiscent of those seen on real-world reality shows.
