Inspired by Pamela Redmond Satran’s novel, “Younger” depicts the journey of Liza, a 40-year-old single mom aiming to re-enter the workforce. She soon discovers that starting anew isn’t easy at her age. However, when a young man in a bar assures her she looks much younger, Liza decides to reinvent herself as a 26-year-old with the help of her best friend Maggie, who gives her a transformative makeover. Liza’s newfound confidence helps her secure a role as an assistant under the demanding Diana, while she bonds with her younger colleague, Kelsey, to carve out her dream career.
