Charades

Barry is struggling to make ends meet and finds employment in the shipping department at Technoworks, a modern, executive-driven company. He receives an invitation from his boss, Quinn, to join a weekend barbecue gathering that includes friends and colleagues from work. Things take an unexpected turn when Barry participates in a bizarre version of charades on a picnic table, while the neighbor loudly hurls racial insults from next door. The arrival of Jude, the widow of Technoworks’ former owner, adds further intrigue, as past misdeeds come to light, revealing the true purpose behind the party. Amidst the chaos, Barry becomes entangled in altercations with a tow-truck driver, an affair with his boss’s wife, and escalating tensions with the neighbor.
