Michelle Miller struggles with chronic sleepwalking while she and her husband, Dan, hope for a baby after experiencing a miscarriage the year prior. During one of her sleepwalking episodes, she inadvertently enters her neighbor Luke Williams’ bedroom, leading to an unexpected encounter while his wife, Nancy, is away. Unbeknownst to Michelle, who remains unaware of the event, Luke falls deeply in love with her and considers leaving his wife.
