The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking

When a sudden storm causes the ship of Pippi Longstocking’s father to drift away, the spirited Pippi finds herself stranded. Accompanied by her horse, Alfonso, and her pet monkey, Mr. Neilson, she makes the old family residence her home. Local kids think the house is haunted. This leads Tommy and his sister Anika to explore, only to run into Pippi. The trio quickly forms a friendship, embarking on various adventures such as cleaning floors with scrubbing shoes, dodging imaginary creatures called “splunks”, riding down waterfalls in barrels, and assisting Pippi when she is faced with the challenge of having to go to an orphanage.
